How To send an Attachment using Netscape Mail!
Here is Hotmail's actual definition from their web site:
"Hotmail is a large provider of free Web-based email.

Hotmail is based on the premise that email access should be easy and possible from any computer connected to the World Wide Web. By adhering to the universal Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) standard, Hotmail eliminates the disparities that exist between different email programs. Sending and receiving email from Hotmail is as easy as going to the Hotmail Web site at Hotmail.com, logging in, and sending an email message. By using a Web browser as a universal email program, Hotmail brings your personal information to you in a globally-retrievable form" People will use this as a "junk" mail address sometimes. Or it is handy for any other member in the family to have an email address for free. The one draw back is that it is very popular and sometimes difficult to access the webpage when it does get busy.

Oldwiz.net also has a web based way to access your email. On our homepage, there is a section called WEB BASED EMAIL. Put in your user name and password and click LOGIN. And it is as simple as that.

However, be aware when using web based email that there are a few things that you should know. Web based email is not like useing Outlook Express. When you look at your mail from a web based login, the mail is not downloaded to your location. You are only looking at it where it is on the server. So, unless you delete the message from the server, it will stay there until you either delete it or actually log in to your account with a real email client and download it to your computer.
